Research Program

The Work and Technology Changes (WATCH) Lab at the University of New Mexico is dedicated to conducting rigorous and transparent research. We focus on conducting research that can benefit organizations and individuals in better understanding and effectively adapting to a changing work landscape. Within this broad domain, we have three primary research streams. The first focuses on how organizations can effectively integrate emerging technologies into work processes, the second focuses on the use of technology for workforce development and readiness, and the third focuses on the implications and outcomes of workforce aging.
